You've been LYNCHED
Even though that I really love films, today I am going to talk about my favorite TV show that ended last sunday. The name is T w i n P e a k s.
This TV show is an american mystery drama created by Mark Frost and David Lynch
Basically, Twin Peaks is about a FBI Special Agent Dale Cooper that is trying to investigate the death of a young girl: Laura Palmer.
I like this show not only because was created by Lynch, the art direction, the soundtrack or because the plot is good, the real value is that everything is experimental in a way that only David Lynch could do.
I think -for most cliche this could sound- that Twin Peaks is pretty unique. It has its own world where two entities are kind of in war: the Black Lodge lead by Bob or Judy v/s the White Lodge where you can find a giant and anothers weird characters (maybe aliens). They are constantly helping Dale Cooper, specially in his dreams, to find the clues of this case.
The thing you should definitely know before watching Twin Peaks is that probably you would not have an easy answer (so you kind of need to use your brain...)
Every character is interesting, I can't write about all of them so here are some characters:
Margaret Lanterman (Log Lady) she is always carrying a small log in her arms, with which she seems to share a psychic connection, often dispensing advice and visions of clairvoyance which she claims come from the log. Also she looks like my grandma.
Major Briggs, he is a United States Air Force officer, it's seems that he is an expert of paranormal activity. His greatest fear is the possibility that love is not enough and he was abducted by the White Lodge.
- David Lynch has been influenced by many artists, an example of this:

I love Twin Peaks too ! The first time I listened the soundtrack I felt very sad. I like so much a interview where Angelo Badalamenti talks about how was made the mainly music, it very exciting!
